Shipping Policy

Every order is made to order and personalized in our studio, then shipped with care. Here's what to expect.

Processing time

Because each item is embroidered or made to order, please allow 5–7 business days for us to create your piece before it ships. During launches or peak seasons this may take slightly longer, and we'll always keep you posted.

Shipping rates & delivery

• United States: $6 standard shipping — free on orders over $75. Typical delivery is 3–5 business days after your order ships.
• Canada: flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout.
• International: available to select countries, calculated at checkout; delivery times vary by destination and customs.

Order tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to cover orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly.
