Returns & Refunds

Because every Tuesday at Five piece is custom-finished by hand in our studio, our return window is intentionally tight. Please read carefully before placing your order.

A note from the studio

Every piece is inspected and photographed before it leaves our studio. We keep the photos on file so we can confirm exactly how each order shipped. Please double-check your spelling and destination at checkout — once your bag is embroidered, it's yours.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted only on items that are unworn, unwashed, and free of any signs of use. Custom embroidered items — including names, monograms, and made-to-order destinations — are final sale unless the embroidery is defective or differs from what was ordered.

Timeline — strict

To be eligible for a return:

  • A return request must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery.
  • The item must be shipped back to us within 72 hours of return approval.

We're a small studio. Once a custom piece is made for you, it can't be resold. The tight timeline lets us turn around any issue quickly while protecting the team that handcrafts each order.

How to start a return

Email us at info@tuesdayatfive.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item showing the reason for return

We'll compare your photos to our pre-shipment photos on file, then respond within 24 hours with next steps and a return address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

What we can't accept

  • Items returned after the 72-hour window
  • Items showing any signs of wear, use, or washing
  • Custom embroidered items without defect
  • Accessories (charm clusters, chains, etc.) once removed from the bag
  • Sale items, gift cards, and bundle promotions

Damaged or incorrect items

If your piece arrives damaged or doesn't match what you ordered, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll cross-reference your photos with the inspection photos from our studio and make it right — either a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
