How long until my order ships?
Every piece is made to order and personalized in our studio, so please allow 5–7 business days to create your item before it ships. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
What are your shipping rates?
United States: $6 standard, free over $75. Canada and international rates are calculated at checkout. Full details on our Shipping Policy page.
Do you accept returns?
Because each item is personalized just for you, all custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale — we can't accept returns or exchanges on custom items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@cafetuesday.com within 3 days of receiving your order with a photo and we'll make it right. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we start personalizing quickly, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. After production begins we're unable to make changes.
Can I add a custom name or destination?
Yes! Add your requested name or destination in the order notes at checkout and we'll embroider it for you.
