Our Policy

Return Window: 30 days from the date you receive your order (standard items only)

What qualifies for return:

  • Standard apparel with defects or print quality issues
  • Items that arrive damaged
  • Items that don't match the product description

What does NOT qualify:

  • Custom embroidered or personalized items (due to their custom nature)
  • Items ordered as-is (sizing, fit, color choices)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at hello@tuesdayatfive.com with your order number
  2. Include photos if there's a defect or damage
  3. We'll review within 2 business days and send you return shipping instructions

Refund Timeline

  • Approval: 2 business days after we receive your request
  • After shipment: Once we receive your return, we process the refund within 5-7 business days
  • To your account: 3-5 business days (depending on your bank)

Total timeline: 10-17 business days from approval to refund

Exchanges

If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we'll ship your replacement right away—no return shipping needed.

Note: Custom embroidered items are not eligible for returns due to their personalized nature. However, if there's a quality defect in production, we'll work with you on an exchange or partial credit toward a future order.
